Razem is a small mountain village in the Albanian Alps above Shkoder, at roughly 1,000 metres elevation, that serves as the quieter, more accessible alternative to Theth and Valbona. It has a paved road all the way, a handful of guesthouses, and access to hiking trails through pine and beech forest with views of the Prokletije peaks. In winter it gets snow and operates a small ski slope. In summer it is 10 degrees cooler than the coast. The village itself is modest, but the surrounding forest and mountain air are the draw.

How to Get There
From Shkoder, drive east toward the mountains. The road to Razem is paved all the way and takes roughly 1 hour. A taxi from Shkoder costs 3,000 to 4,000 LEK.
