The drive from Tirana (3 hours) follows the SH3 highway through Elbasan, over the Krrabe Pass, and across the agricultural plains around Librazhd. The road is in good condition throughout. From Korce, the scenic drive to Voskopoje takes 30 minutes through pine forests and mountain meadows. The road to Pogradec (40 min) runs along the foothills with Lake Ohrid appearing dramatically on the final approach.

Voskopoje (20 km west, 30 min): Once a thriving 18th-century cultural center of 30,000 with a printing press and academy.
